LEED Gold for the Holidays 
         

Tarpon Springs Elementary, built by Creative Contractors Inc., has received LEED Gold Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.   Designed by Hoffman Architects for Pinellas County Schools, the $20 million facility was designed to be energy and water efficient with superior indoor air quality.  The materials used to construct the 100,000 square foot building were non-toxic and high in recycled content with an emphasis on locally sourced and manufactured products.   This is Creative Contractors' fourth project to achieve LEED Certification.   Creative Contractors wishes you and yours a wonderful holiday season!     Creative Contractors Inc.  (727) 461-5522  www.creativecontractors.com
